Become a volunteer
We are always looking for dedicated volunteers to lend a helping hand. Every volunteer plays an important role in helping the team deliver Physical AI World.
Onsite volunteers can expect a variety of activities, such as Registration, Brand Promotion, Exhibitor Support, Speaker Support and Guest Management.
To best serve our attendees and create a great experience for everyone, volunteers are assigned to the most critical event needs at the time of their shift(s). We appreciate your flexibility!
We do not cover travel expenses. Volunteers are responsible for their own travel and lodging.
Your thank you for two shifts
In exchange for a minimum of two shifts, you will receive:
- A 4-day All Access conference pass
- A special Volunteer Networking Event the day before the event
- A dedicated volunteer Slack channel to meet fellow volunteers before the event and stay in touch during it
- An exclusive Physical AI World Volunteer Certificate of Participation
- And, as always, a cool Physical AI World T-shirt
*Must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer.
