Health & Safety Guidelines

These guidelines help keep everyone at Physical AI World healthy and safe: sponsors, exhibitors, attendees, speakers, colleagues, volunteers and vendor partners alike.

We follow the guidance of the WHO, the CDC, the State of California and Los Angeles County public health authorities.

This guidance may change as CDC, State of California and Los Angeles County guidelines are updated.

Booth cleaning

Exhibitors are expected to clean their booths and exhibits regularly throughout the event using their own cleaning supplies. This includes all demo equipment such as headsets, eyewear and robots people touch, which must be disinfected after each use.

Hand sanitizer stations

Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the venue and are refilled regularly.

Clear communication

We will keep sharing guidelines through this website and the event app, and send urgent messages by SMS when needed.
