Spam / Scam Alert

Events are often targeted by fraudulent and spam emails aimed at attendees and exhibitors. Protect yourself and your organization by knowing what to look out for.

Anyone offering the following has no relationship with Physical AI World and does not have the data they are trying to sell.

1. Fake attendee list offers

Physical AI World is a permission-based email sender. We do not share, rent or sell our email lists.

2. Fake invoices

Exhibitors at trade events are often sent official-looking invoices from directories such as International Fairs Directory, Inter-Fairs, Expo-Guide, FairGuide or Construct Data. Physical AI World has no relationship with any of them. Only complete forms and pay invoices that come directly from the event organizers.

3. Hotel booking scams

Watch out for emails from senders calling themselves “Reservation Team” or “Hotel Reservation”, including addresses such as marketing@exhibitsandhotelbooking.com, rooms@expokeybooking.com and rooms@reservationcenter.online. Companies such as GoldenPass LLC have also falsely claimed to be an official hotel vendor, calling participants from a 407 area code.

Do not engage. These people are not affiliated with Physical AI World and are not authorized to use our name, our event name or the names of partner hotels.

Safe, approved hotel and travel information is only on our Hotel & venue page.
