Code of Conduct
Anti-harassment policy
Physical AI World is dedicated to a harassment-free event for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body type, race, age, religion or political views.
We do not tolerate harassment of attendees or participants in any form. Anyone breaking these rules may be sanctioned or removed from the event without a refund, at the organizers’ discretion.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to
- Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body type, race, age, religion or political views
- Sexual images in public spaces
- Sexual language and imagery, which is inappropriate anywhere at the event, including talks*
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking or following
- Inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention
- Harassing photography or recording without consent
- Sustained disruption of talks or other event activities
- Advocating for or encouraging any of the above
*Discussion or images related to sex, pornography, discriminatory language or other sensitive material are only allowed if they meet all of these criteria:
- The organizers have reviewed the material and given written permission
- It is necessary to the topic of the talk and there is no alternative
- It is presented respectfully and with all participants in mind
- Attendees are warned in advance in the program and given ample opportunity to leave before the talk begins. This exception does not allow gratuitous sexual imagery as examples or attention-grabbing devices.
We expect everyone to follow these rules throughout Physical AI World, in all event spaces and activities. Anyone asked to stop harassing, disruptive or hostile behavior must comply immediately. The organizers may take any action they see fit, including a warning or removal from the venue without a refund, to keep Physical AI World welcoming and safe for all.
